This intriguing Valpolicella Superiore actually feels more like an Amarone in body and texture. But with only 13% abv the wine is easy drinking and more enjoyable with a large variety of dishes from roasted or grilled meats to stews, pasta dishes or root vegetable recipes. Toffee, baking spices, dark fruits and a freshness make this a great middle ground between the styles of Valpolicella and Amarone.
